Why we do this

Heavy freight + fake orders = real company loss

Other ecommerce shops can shrug off light returns. Gym equipment cannot. Here is why advance payment protects serious customers and the business.

Fake & wasted orders

COD invites joke orders, wrong numbers, and “change of mind” after the courier leaves. Heavy gym freight still gets packed, billed, and moved — then comes back empty.

Delivery fees are huge

Plates, benches, and racks are not light parcels. Forward freight plus reverse freight on a refused delivery can wipe out the margin on the whole order.

That loss hits the company

Unlike many soft-goods stores, we cannot absorb endless COD returns. Advance payment keeps prices fair for serious buyers and keeps SastaGym sustainable.

Bottom line: refusing COD is how we keep delivery prices honest and avoid passing fake-order losses onto customers who actually train and pay.
